Returns / Exchanges

All items are made to order and may be exchanged only, if they are unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unused and in saleable condition with original tags attached.

In the event you wish to make an exchange, please contact ROGIANI.com via phone (323/634-7383) or email (orders@rogiani.com) within 14 DAYS of receipt of your Order to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of $5-$10 depending on the product(s). Unless the exchange is needed because of ROGIANI.com, we require that you pay for shipping to and from ROGIANI.com.

Shipping is non-refundable. For all International Shipments - please be aware that you may incur additional charges upon receipt of your order. We will always do our best to lower import costs, but we estimate the import cost will be approx. 15% of your order subtotal. This cost is set by governments and shipping agencies; Rogiani is not responsible for the payment of duties/taxes for international shipments.

Once you have received a Return Authorization Number, exchanges must be promptly sent at your own cost along with the completed Exchange Form to:

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

Customer shall examine order upon receipt and any damage claim shall be made within 5 days of receipt. No refunds are
allowed, including shipping charges. No exchange or return of Final Sale products. Exchanges of unworn products with original tags is allowed
only with prior Return Authorization (RA) which shall be requested within 14 days of receipt of order. Exchanges to be returned to ROGIANI within 5
days of RA issuance. Transaction is subject to the Laws of the State of California and any dispute shall be filed in Los Angeles County. All orders
