I grew up in Los Angeles, California and during my high school year moved to Indianapolis, Indiana. After graduating high school, I joined the United States Air Force for eight years. During my service, I learned perseverance, discipline and how to power through tough situations. I believe the skills and confidence I obtained during this time played a key role into why I am a successful motivated individual. My educational background consists of a Bachelor's Degree of Science from the University of Southern Indiana and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. I also obtained an Esthetics License from Honors Beauty College in 2008. With my educational background, I have been able to own and operate my own successful business in Esthetics where I am able to help men and women with their skin and beauty needs. Even though I have been fairly active my entire life, my fitness journey began 5 years ago after I had my second child. I had gained a significant amount of weight and was very unhappy with the way I looked. I made a commitment to myself that I would get into the best shape of my life. That decision has changed my life along with my health. I developed a passion for the fitness industry and this led me to do three competitions in the NPC federation. My last show I took home first place in novice bikini along with overall champion in that category I also took first place in Open bikini along with overall champion in that category as well. Currently I am preparing for a show in the WBFF on November 11 of this year and my ultimate goal is to go Pro with this federation. I hope through my fitness journey I am able to motivate and inspire individuals to live a healthier and happier lifestyle.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009, the last thing I expected was to ever be in a photoshoot, let alone be alive! At one point I was furthest from what you would call "fit" and because of my lifestyle changes I was fortunate enough to be asked to be the spokesmodel for ErgoGenix, an outstanding fitness supplement company! I work in IT as an analyst and also a full time single parent! My passion is in weight lifting and competing. I’ve been competing a little over 3 years now as an NPC figure athlete. I compete in both open and Masters open classes, I just competed NPC Minnesota State where I took 2nd in Masters 35+, 3rd in Masters 40+, and 5th in Open Class C. My next show is October 22, 2016 NPC Badger State. Then I’m going to look at prepping for national level competition next year (fingers crossed!). This fall I will be working on getting my NASM personal training and nutrition certifications and start making a change into the fitness industry full time.

I am a multi-lingual corporate lawyer with extensive international work experience. I am very analytical and enjoy my role as a legal advisor but I could not do my job as well, if I were not working out regularly and eating healthy most of the time! My dedication to fitness fuels me with the energy necessary to be a better attorney and also fun-loving mother to my son.

I have been competing for 6 years and have always placed in the top 5, in my division. I won 1st place in “Ms. Bikini” in Masters at the “Fitness America” pageant in Las Vegas in 2011. I am a national fitness competitor and I love competition prep. It takes a lot dedication, discipline, planning, and perseverance. Fitness is a journey, not a destination!
