When will my order ship?
Most products are custom cut to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days of receiving your measurements. Sale & Clearance items are typically in stock and ship within 1-2 business days. Orders with a mix of custom and stock items typically ship as one shipment upon completion of all custom products. Orders can be expedited upon request.

Which shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via USPS and UPS to most addresses - the available options will display at checkout. If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you are interested in expediting your order, please contact us.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, orders can be picked up at our studio by selecting the shipping option "Customer Pick-Up" at checkout after designating 7466 Beverly Blvd, Ste 202, Los Angeles, CA 90036 as the shipping address. We will contact you when your order is available for pickup.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from orders@rogiani.com that will provide you with your tracking number and your carrier information. We recommend creating an account on the website before placing orders so that you may follow your orders and tracking numbers within your Rogiani.com account.
Can my order be expedited?
Yes, in most cases we can expedite your order however it may be subject to a rush-charge as well as additional/expedited shipping cost. If you have not yet placed your order, please select expedited shipping and provide us your measurements and date by which you need your items as part of the notes/comments when placing your order. If you have already placed your order and wish to have it expedited, please call or email us to discuss timeline and shipping options. Payment of additional/expedited shipping costs may be made here.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship regularly to Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and most of Europe. Please note that any customs/duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Curious about a specific country? Please contact us.
How much are the Duties/Taxes on an international orders?
Duties/Taxes are assessed when products are imported to a country and the amount varies from country to country. Please note that customs/duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more specifics.

I like this style but want it in a color that is not listed, how do I order the color I want?
You can customize the color of any product on the site. Simply add the product to your cart by choosing any color, then find the color you would like in the Custom Color link and purchase the $15 custom color by adding it to your cart. In the notes section of your order, please describe the color customization.
What kind of fabrics do you offer?
We offer high performance, durable, moisture-wicking sports fabrics.
- The Signature ER-Lux Supplex is our basic sold color fabric with content of 90/10% Supplex Lycra Jersey.
- Our Butter fabric is luxuriously soft and has a heathered look, four way stretch, a second-skin feel, with content of 89/11% Polyester Spandex.
- We also offer a variety of fashion fabrics like the following: brushed print that are soft to the touch, silky smooth print, wet look, metallics, and lace.
What is the difference between Supplex and Butter fabrics?
While both fabrics are fully breathable, hold shape no matter how much they are worn, maintains color even when washed many times, have four way stretch, and are moisture wicking, the main differences in the fabrics are in how they look and feel.
- Supplex is our signature solid color fabric that comes in over 40 colors of wide variety. This fabric is thick and strong and will hold you in while you work while also slimming your appearance.
- Butter is our fan-favorite fabric because it is luxuriously and velvety soft, so soft it’s like butter on your skin (hence the name!). The heathered look comes in a limited number of colors per season.
Can I order swatches of the fabrics so I can see and feel them in person before buying?
Yes, you can order a sample swatch of any fabric by emailing questions@rogiani.com.
How can I customize my clothing?
We can customize any style on the site! Please add notes to your order before finalizing the checkout process and we will follow up with a call or email to further discuss how we can perfect your fit. All customizations are subject to an alterations fee depending on how much work is necessary to be done.

I am DDD bra but my back is small, can you make the front bigger?
Yes! In cases like this, we ask you to send us a picture so that we may get a better understanding of your size needs.
I am petite and I need the bra straps shorter then normal, could I give you the strap measurements?
Yes! Please give us the measurement of the strap laying flat on a hard surface. Measure from connecting notch to connecting notch around the shoulder.
My legs are very muscular but my waist is tiny - could you make the legs bigger and the waist smaller?
Yes! In cases like this, we ask that you send us a picture so that we may get a better understanding of your size needs. It is also best to send us the circumference of the thickest part of your thigh and the measurements of your waist and hips. See “how to measure” above for more details.
I like to wear my pants very low on the waist, how do I get my leggings like that?
That’s no problem for us. Just mark CUSTOM when adding your leggings to the cart and make a note in the notes section on the checkout page that you like your waist very low. To imitate the rise of pants you already own and love, begin with bottoms on a flat surface then place the beginning of a measuring tape where the seams meet at the crotch with the tape going up the front of the bottoms to the top of the waistband. Provide us that measurement in the notes section so we may copy it.
Are you looking for models?
We are always looking for fresh faces for our website. We prefer to use models in the local Los Angeles area for our e-commerce and editorial photo shoots. Please send us an email with your picture and Instagram information to models@rogiani.com or contact us via direct message on Instagram @ElisabettaRogiani. From there, we will assess your submission and possibly proceed with meeting you in person and having a fitting before booking you for a shoot.
