General Directions: When taking your measurements, maintain good posture to get the most accurate read. Make sure you don't pull the measuring tape too tightly always make sure you can breath comfortably. We recommend you take your measurements wearing little or no clothing for the most accurate read. Make sure your measuring tape is straight.
Chest: Measure under arms around the fullest part of the bust. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
Waist: Measure around natural waist with above the navel.
Hips: Measure around the widest point of your hips.
Because we individually make each order, nearly every item available at Rogiani.com can be customized.
To order a Custom Size and/or Inseam: When purchasing the item in the website, select the "CUSTOM" size from the pull down menu on the product page. You will then be prompted to enter your measurements. There is no additional fee for custom sizing.
To order a Custom Color/Combination: Nearly every product on the website can be made in any color you see on the website. CLICK HERE to download a PDF swatch card. If the color combination you would like is not offered on the Custom Cut Product you wish to purchase, you may request a custom color/combination for an additional fee of $15 per item. To order a Custom Cut item in a custom color, after add your product(s) to the cart purchase the Customize Color product for each applicable item by either clicking on Specialties / Customize / Customize Color.
Once you have placed your order, please reply to your Order Confirmation and provide the details of your requested customization. The Rogiani Team may call or email you to review your request.
Note: Sale and Ready to Ship items do not qualify for customization --only Custom Cut items may be customized
To order a Customized Style:
Many products on the website can be customized -- longer or shorter tops/bras, lower or higher rise shorts/pants, modified straps, etc. The additional fee for customized styles begins at $25 per item.
To order an item in with a custom style, after add your product(s) to the cart purchase the Customize Style product for each applicable item by either clicking on Specialties / Customize / Customize Style.
Once you have placed your order, please reply to your Order Confirmation and provide the details of your requested customization. The Rogiani Team may call or email you to review your request.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated Order Confirmation email.
If you have not already done so, we strongly recommend that you reply with your measurements to orders@rogiani.com. If you have any additional notes, please also include them.
You may also receive a phone call from a member of the Rogiani Team to follow up with questions regarding your order.
- Domestic Shipments are made via USPS or UPS-- Ground, 3-Day, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may be shipped either via UPS or USPS.
- Customers in the Los Angeles area may also arrange to pick up their orders at our location - 7466 Beverly Blvd, Ste 206, Los Angeles, CA 90036 (at Gardner) between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday (except Holidays). You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick-up.
- International Shipments are made via UPS International Tools or USPS International upon request. Any and all duty/taxes assessed by customs are to be paid directly by buyer. (For more information or an estimate of duty/taxes, please contact your respective government’s customs office.)
In the event you wish to expedite your order, please select Expedited Shipping as necessary when you place your order indicating in the notes the date when you need to receive your order. We do our best to expedite orders as requested, but due to the couture nature of our production cannot guarantee expedited delivery dates.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification email which will include UPS or USPS tracking number as applicable.
If you wish to check on the status of your order, make a change or request that it be expedited, please reply to your Order Confirmation email or email us directly at orders@rogiani.com.
All items are made to order and may be exchanged only, if they are unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unused and in saleable condition with original tags attached.
In the event you wish to make an exchange, please contact ROGIANI.com via phone (323/634-7383) or email (orders@rogiani.com) within 14 DAYS of receipt of your Order to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Customer shall examine order upon receipt and any damage claim shall be made within 5 days of receipt.
No refunds are allowed, including shipping charges. No exchange or return of Final Sale products. Exchanges of unworn products
with original tags is allowed only with prior Return Authorization (RA) which shall be requested within 14 days of receipt of order.
Exchanges to be returned to ROGIANI within 5 days of RA issuance. Transaction is subject to the Laws of the State of California and
any dispute shall be filed in Los Angeles County. All orders F.O.B. ROGIANI.
