We already have your Measurements? If you have not already done so, we strongly recommend that you reply with your measurements to orders@rogiani.com. If you have any additional notes, please also include them.

Be Aware that READY TO SHIP orders typically ship in 5-7 business days. MADE TO ORDER orders will ship in 7-10 business days, but may be expedited upon request.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification email which will include UPS or USPS tracking number as applicable.

If you wish to check on the status of your order, make a change or request that it be expedited, please reply to your Order Confirmation email or email us directly at orders@rogiani.com.

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for a response as your order may need to be traced through the production process.
